Our Story – Our team has been in the employee benefits consulting and healthcare technology space for decades. We have seen the tremendous financial impact fraud waste and abuse in the US healthcare system has had on our our clients, and their employees.

After decades of seeing employers taken advantage of, we committed ourselve to helping employers, consultants and brokers, public entities, TPAs, payors, and vendors in the healthcare space reduce the amount of fraud, waste, and abuse in the healthcare system. We have developed an ecosystem of technology vendors, consultants, and other professional teams who have agreed to collaborate and solve problems in the medical claims and specialty pharmacy space.

Payment Integrity

Our payment integrity partners help our clients reduce medical claim costs by detecting errors, overcharges, and non-compliant claims before payment. Using data analytics and clinical review to ensure claims are accurate and medically necessary we help employers avoid unnecessary spending while maintaining quality healthcare coverage. On average, the savings are 5% per year. In addition, overpaid claims from past years can be recovered and delivered back to the plan.

MyFreeMeds

Our offer is designed to help individuals access essential medications at no cost. It connects members with our program that covers the full cost of many commonly prescribed medications. The benefit can be integrated and paid for by the employer or as a voluntary benefit subscription offered as a voluntary benefit to your employees. MyFreeMeds makes it easier for people to manage their health without the financial burden of high prescription costs.

Specialty Pharmacy

We help employers reduce healthcare costs by identifying alternative funding sources for specialty medications, such as copay and patient assistance programs. Our partners ensure manufacturer rebates and network savings flow directly back to the employer.
